I was wondering if its posible to sand and polish my stock 400ex's axle.... thnx for the help......

The easy way is to put it in a lathe and sand it to a very shiney new finish... I do it all the time...

I was wondering the same thing. What grit? How about emery cloth? Thanks guys.

the easiest thing to do, is put the quad up on blocks, and get the quad running. Have a buddy give it some gas and hold some fine sand paper or a scotchbrite pad to it as it spins. makes it look good again! That way u dont have to remove the axle to clean it up.
