OK here we go again some weird circumstances have us starting a build in July...lol. Ok it's a 05' trx450r tank black, plastices red.... the frames going to be Gun Metal Gray Med., JB a-arms red, JB swingarm Yellow, front hubs yellow, rear hubs red, a Rage motor. These are the graphics from the Best...Ernie at FTR. Stay tuned for updates. No vids yet but here's a pic.

Are your pro advantages not for ltr spindles and hubs?

I believe the Pro advance arms come for either TRX spindles or LTRs. He lists both on his website.

Might want to find out. I just ordered my pro-advantages for ltr hubs and spindle but as said earlier they also come for the stock honda spindles and hubs also. Wouldnt hurt to find out.

That thing is sweet! Like the color choice too. Might want to spin the front bolts on the a-arms around that way you dont have to take off the bumper to get your a-arms off.

there typically lock nuts. And Pros told me that trick so it obviously must not happen.

I just talked to Rod at Root River and my a-arms were made for stock 05' Honda spindles.....to us a LTR set-up it's $1500.00 more. For all the sh*t you need.

yea we been lookin at that.......to go inside it has to make a nasty bend just out of the shock.......man dont worry we'll do something...we had a line rub thru on the 300...that won't happen again...lol. yea it's not done...and thanks.

Mikey, Mikey.....You forgot one very crucial part.
That frame needs gussetts. They are famous for breaking up top near the upper subframe mount.
The stock subframe will break too.
The best gussett kit i've seen on these was done by Jake at six5design.

Were they break there's a piece of angle iron welded in....it's not pretty but it looks solid and the other side beefed up with weld...It was Jamen Daviodovich's pro-a quad...and he said the frame's held up fine since they welded it....I am in the market for a good used frame from a grass quad...and then we'll do it up. I'll tell you the story one day....lol

when you put the tie wraps on did you use a gun to cut them or a pair of pliers?a gun will leave no sharp edge

if you used pliers to cut them be very careful they could have razor sharp edges to snag your arm or hand while working on it

I want the fenders cut.....but dude ain't sure. The 300 fenders were cut and it looked bad a**. Thanks it came out good....again, not sure how Kyle can figure out colors with out seeing it first....:confused: lol. only went up the street but the motor sounds and feels bad a**
