carb overflow problem

I have a 34mm PJ that I can't get to stop leaking. I pulled apart and cleaned everything on it.

I bought a brand new needle valve and float pin from Sudco.

I adjusted the floats way up and its alot better but it still leaks.

Any ideas?

Can you replace the needle seat on these carbs or are they junk once the seat wears out?

try tapping on the side of the carb with a piece of wood or something that wont leave a mark,
if it stops leaking that means something is still sticking,and take apart again and clean

if it doesn't stop after tapping the its a float adjustment or something worn
