i put different tank on my lt i just restored and all a sudden there was fuel dripping out ffrom where the head pipe meets ....it was on "prime" .......im hoping the petcock was shot ...what exactly cuts off how fuel gos into the manifold on priime...is a float stuck maybe.....before i switched the tank and ppetccock it ran perfectly........i drained case oil and that was clean
