400ex shock swap......

Anyone ever taken 400ex shocks and put them on a 250x? Does it give it a higher clearnce off the ground? Thanks..

It wont fit without the proper brackets.Or you can cut the stock shock mounts off and buy one from atvracing.That you reweld to your frame.The shocks are way to long.I don't have measurements right now.

I am sure someone does though.If you want more ground clearance.You could always run taller tires.Or switch to a 250r rear brake setup like I did.
