Pegs?

i broke my nerf bars where the heel guard meets that bar going across, i got it welded back from my cousin, but i was wondering has anybody ever made thicker pegs? i was thinkin of getting another set of pegs and weld them on the back of the ones i have to be double the thickness, that would help not breaking the nerf bar again

When I bought my 450 it had wicked peg extensions on it before I got full nerfs with integrated pegs.. they were crazy sticky. I haven't been able to find anything like them again. They were one piece that slipped over the existing pegs with a few spacers that made them wider than the pegs. I have them on the raptor an I like them for what they are.

hmm ill prob buy another set and cut the ends off, weld them toegther so they'll be double the thickness and i might make some type of extender so they'll be longer and wider, ill post it up when i start making them

gt thunder and white brothers make footpeg extensions for the 400ex anyways on ebay. the gap is there so you have room to install fat pegs like iks or blingstar

this is the best pic i could find of what im gonna do, but im going to make a extender on it so itll be double thicknes and a quarter longer, i dont feel like paying a bunch of money when i can spend prob $20-$30 to make them wider and longer instead of buying them done with a price of prob $100

IMS pegs are the ticket. Rath prgs are super sharp, but I've never ridden on them to see how they compare.

for $200 id rather make my own haha, im tryin to save up for my truck and spend little on the quad for now but the ones i make will be 2.5" thick and 7" long perfect in my head
