Well its time to pay money. I've had a problem with my stock Carb leaking fuel from the float bowl overflow now for 3 weeks, this has been an intermittent problem usually it happens when the bike is at idle or sitting engine off, it doesn’t seem to affect performance other than killing fuel mileage. I’ve taken and blown out every part of the Carb I could get to with Carb cleaner, and air at this point I don’t know what is causing it, the bike is 6 months old and the has only had the choke removed. This is becoming a pain in the as, so im asking anyone who knows of a good Carb rebuild person to let me know please, or if they know what is causing this. I have a suspicion it is the floats sticking open some how but im not positive yet.

I think you need to adjust your float, Your needle and seat are not closed all the way so the fuel goes out the overflow tube.

are ya sure it's not the flat head screw that drains the bowl out that might be loose???
