need a frame

Just bought a 2002 300ex and the original owner hit something hard. The frame is trashed. Who has one reasonable? Does it have to be a 93 to 06??? Can I update to a 2007 & up? If so what transfers component wise over from the 02 to a 07??

I need lots of help guys
