Twist throttle on DRR 50

Has anyone put on a twist throttle on a DRR 50? If so what are your thoughts on it?

I have heard that when they turn it can cause troubles because they turn the bars so much unlike a bike where most of your turn is a lean.

put one on and try it my son loves it and he wont ride thumb throttle anymore it also made if a faster rider. now my daughter doesnt like twist throttle so you just gonna have to test it out and see everyone different
