trail riding and mx?

what do you guys recomend for both trail riding and mx tracks...

i wanna be able to do both ..i was thinking elkas with +1 or +2 a arms what do u think?

If you're going to do both, +1 would work better. You could run +1 with wheels offset like stock (4-1 offset I think), and for MX, you could run wider offset wheels, like 2-3 (again, I think that's right on the offset numbers). That setup would work well for you.

As far as shocks go, I like Elkas. I've had them for a year and have had good success with them. Works will do fine also, or you could spend bigger money and get Axis or PEP. I will NOT get into a debate over shocks. They are all good to a degree. Whatever floats your boat is what I would get.

yeha i know what ur saying about the arms, i plan on getting +2 and gettin the offset that brings it in an inch for when i ride my trails. then a set for MX
