starting issues NEED HELP

OK went to track started fine, after I shut off would not restart, had to bump start. If I jump across starter relay with screw driver it will start. Not getting power to relay to give power to starter. Checked starter buttton it is fine. Need help.

Fuse?

could be the fuse as mentioned

it could be the neutral safety switch.
.
if you pull the clutch in will it crank?
.
check the electric connections where the wire harness plugs together on the left side of the quad.
