Cant loosen /tighten chain

can not get my chain tensioner on the carrier loosened to tighten/loosen my new chain have all four bolts loosen but it wont nudge i need help please asap!

Take the snap ring off the right side and see if that helps

it'll budge. spray some WD 40 in there. Keep the four wheeler on the ground. Wedge a screw driver through the sprocket hole and into the groove in the carrier. Then roll the machine foward. You just have to give them some force sometimes. Also make sure you have all 4 bolts hand loose.

Also, if you put too long of skid plate bolts in and theyre touching the carrier, it won't move. But honestly, if it wont move, it would be a good idea to pull the axle and carrier, and clean and grease everything.

^agreed, it's easy and a good thing to do for piece of mind.
