kick starter and shifter for mods

You guys that are running the dirt bike motors in quad chassis's where are you getting your extended kick starters and shifters? Or who is moddifing them for you?

I did not directly buy my extended kicker from him but i was told that JB made mine. As far as the foot shifter, mine is just stock.
