Was just wondering who all on here had serious off-rigs. Hell it doesn't even need to be serious i just want to see some kick arse off road rigs. I myself have a couple pre-runners both i-beam trucks that pull 16+ inches of travel. i'll dig some pics of and show ya'll if interested, i also have a couple vids jumping them but they are poor quality. otherwise lets see what you guys got!

just got my dodge cummins wich will be my trailer puller. looking for a jeep project to build a crawler. getting ready to order the steel for a bumper but would love to be ordering tubeing for a crawler

Thats actually what I call it haha...And I'm also considering an older CJ/willys to make a wheeler or a small sand rail..Getting into the to many toys zone though.

i got my h2 this spring, i probably wont tow anything with it since we have our silverado but it will pull well if i need it to.

Here's a pic of my more extreme pre-runner of the 2. has the bumper taken off due to some damage done to it. otherwise for a power plant the truck the truck has a 331 stroker with a t-5 trans, pulls 16 inches of travel up front and 18 inches of travel in the rear. I love this thing like a child. its like a over sized quad pretty much haha. Lookin into adding a light bar, cowl hood and flared fenders and flared bedsides next so they dont rub so bad when suspension is maxed out.

I would love to have me a pre-runner, something with huge travel, go fast over rocks and rough terrain.

What I have now was basically built like a mud-truck, which is absurd because we don't have any mud in Nevada. It doesn't have the articulation of a crawler, doesn't have the travel to be a pre-runner, it's just big. I love it, though. My daughter is learning to drive in it.

As long as you love it and have fun in it thats all that matters! I like it too! looks mean!

What are you running in the rear on that truck? Is it linked or are you just running deaver packs?

I've got a 02' tacoma with racerunners up front on camburg arms and deavers out back, its fun but having 4x4 is holding it back...plus since its just my daily I can't really beat on it too bad.

i've got deaver 9 packs in the back with a very basic 2 link on my D.D. my extreme truck is in the process of having a 4 link and coilover installed. i look a little out of placer here in kansas with with an actual pre-runner. nobody around here understands the point. but its worth it:devil:

Bottom is the way it kinda sits now i went back to alloy wheels. I build crawlers out of my shop somtimes for people. No point in pre-runners when i can build a Ultra 4 rig that can crawl, Hit whoops at 80mph+, and still keep going.

Black one has 1tons from a ford, Full hydro, long arms and linked with 40" ground hawgs.

The bottom one is my DD that i drive to and from every trail. Its seen both coast lines and all in between.

I sold the black one and have another black one that is geared more toward deep snow/flotation but no pic's of it. I also have a couple more mild built Jeeps, XJ and ZJ.
Best off road vehicles hands down. I can drive circles around most unless a Jeep or tube buggy. Hummers suck ***, Too heavy and cant wheel for ****. The only good hummers are the ones girls and soccer moms give.
