Hello All,
My throttle will not return. I was too simple to just disconnect the cable first to see if that was the problem, so I put a new cable on, cable works fine. But when I open the throttle up, the carb will not return, I have to use my finger to push it closed.
Would maybe some carb cleaner do the trick? I have never used any before. Would I just pull the intake hose off and spray some cleaner in there?
Obviously not wanting to pull the carb off and have to take it in to someone if I can avoid it.
Any advice is appreciated!
update:
I went ahead and pulled the carburetor off. The (butterfly?) valve was gummed up, as was the carb. I have got in cleaned up, and it is working well. Now to get it back on!
