I tried doing a search but couldn't come up with what I was looking for.

If I go from a 16 rear on a 50 to an 18 rear what should I do with the sprocket to retain power and torque. Go up or down in front or rear or both sprockets? Just started learning,Thanks.

19-35
roller weight depend from machine to machine
put them in and run it you want thebelt to come within a 1/8 of the top of the front variator
heavier will make the belt travel farther out the sheave

Go bigger. Similar ratio as the tire increase. The larger tires might rob some power, so you might need to go slightly less of a ratio.

If you go from a 16" tire with a 32 tooth sprocket, you would be close with a 18" tire and a 35 or 36 tooth.

I counted the teeth today. They are 16 tooth front and 28 tooth rear. So what does every one think on how big to go now? still 19-35 or leave the front and go to a 30+ tooth rear?
