nerf bar issue

does anyone know where I can find a set of nerf bars that measure 16.5 center to center that have heel guards. I'm looking for a set and cant seem to find any that are 16.5 center to center. I don't really have time to order a custom set from rath and wait to get them at the end of riding season. anyone have any ideas

Is it for a propeg frame ? What size tubing you need ( I.D. for the nerfs tubing )
