I've got a 440ex and a 05 450r carb.
It's got a 440 kit, Uni air filter, no airbox lid, stock headers and silencer. What kind of jets should i get?

I think others on here with a similar setup have been running around a 220 main, 52 pilot, 3rd or 4th notch on the needle, 2.5 turns out on the a/f screw.

For his mods, that's way too rich.

I'd recommend a 48 pilot, 185 main and stock needle on 4th notch.

I run a 220main and a 50 pilot, but I have a few more mods then you do.

I would buy jets from 180-210 in incriments of 5 from www.jetsrus.com , Then start with the 210 and see if you can revout to max RPM without it sputtering from being to rich.

The extra jets will be good when you get a exhaust and other mods.

If it sputters, drop down jet sizes till it stops.

I would think 48 pilot would be fine for your mods, a 50 pilot 3 turns out is a lil rich even on mine but, I like it that way....lol.
