play in steering?

theres a little play in my 05 race bike...the handle bars move a little before the actually wheels do, what should i do?...the front end is all walsh if that factors in to anything

Tie rod ends are loose and/or worn out

in center front of quad facing it
push out and pull in on the tires
watching tie rod ends
ALSO
watch the steering stem where it goes in the frame as that bearing may be shot as well
