Question. Please help

I have a 02 kasea skyhawk 50. Is the stock cdi box restricted? If so any body got one that's not for sale??

Most stock cdi's are Rev limited. Someone told me that on some, you can cut a wire and that will stop the limiter. There was one on here for sale somewhere. If not, contact G-Force powersports.com. they can fix you up. Great people to deal with.

A lady at hetrick told me that they weren't restricted. But man this thing don't rev no where near like our drr

does the drr cdi box have the same plug as the other bike if it does switch them and see what happens, years ago i had eletrical problems with one of our drrs i didnt no if it was the stator or the cdi box , and i contacted marc at hot quads and he sold me some take offs from another bike cheap , thats if the plug is difreant you may have to hard wire it, plus drrs are set up diferant they have bigger pipes and a open air filter

I've already done that. The drr cdi has the same plug. But the bike won't start with that cdi box in it. I'm not sure what that's about.

This right here will get you going.It's not as good as a pvl but it alot better than the stock ignition.The guy selling it is good to deal with also.
