Hey all.

Can anyone give me some insight onto what they are using in their Cobra 70/80 shifter motors in regards to engine oil?

I've been using Bel-Ray EXP 10w-40 (semi-synthetic for wet clutches) in my RM (85 and 125) and CR 250 for a very long time with great results, and have put a few races with it in my cobra motor, but want to make sure that the Cobra motor doesn't need something different. I'm very new to cobra factory motors, so i'd kind of like to know what people are having good luck with in them to see if i'm doing ok with my selection.

i hate to see my little guy sit out another week due to me not doing my research, so hopefully i'm not being a pest and asking stupid questions.

thanks very much!!!

That's Awesome Don, thanks for the reply.

I'm new to the cobra motors and am still a bit nervous with them (although by and large they seem a lot like the RM65 motor in guts). I really appreciate the help and feedback.
