Please fellas and gals, help a yankee out.
I need a good boiled peanut recipe.
A guy brought me 20 sumpin pounds of green peanuts from Ga.
Also, did I maybe get last years peanuts? These are taking 9-12+ hours of boiling.
Some recipe's say 3-4. Some 8.
Seeins any peanut beats no peanut, mine are ok but a good recipe and some guidance would be appreciated.
