'08 250ex - how to start in reverse?

I've just acquired an '08 250ex. Is there a way to wire it so that it will start in reverse?
I did a search and found a thread from '07 but it was for wiring a '99 250 recon so it wasnt much help.

no it wont work unless it has the clutch on it and that as you may or may not know that that has a sport clutch which is just there to learn clutch. its not a real clutch like i said its just a lever that you can pull back
