want to adjust valves.

I have some ticking on top end of my 2007 400 ex will adjusting valves maybe quiet this also what will adjusting valves do any benifits? If there is a link on how to do this and what all i need to do this could someone post the link? Thanks guys

The ticking can be caused by a few different things but those valves need adjusting if you never have adjusted them yet.. Get a service manual (clymer or honda) and it will tell you everything that i'm to lazy to explain. lol

Mines an 05 and have never been adjusted..
