400ex part out

It is mostly stock... The only after marked thing I really have left are some um air scoops... I have a picture but I am on my phone at work now so I can't post it, I will try to when I get off

The engine doesnt run because of snapped timming chain so more than likely parting the engine

No, sorry no tail light or heal guards... I do have a set of tusk nerf bars that are basically brand new though that I forgot to say
