Hello guys i picked up some used Roll design A-Arms the ball joints need replacing and the bushings need to be replaced also.

has anyone found a better/ cheaper place to get the parts then Roll themselves.

I was talking with Danhung, and he gave some suggestions on a motion pro part number for the bronze bushings.

does anyone know if a stock set of bushings fits in these arms?

ill attach a pic here of the arm they are not the CUP style like the lobo and long travel ones.

Paige is a sweetheart though, she means business. :D As far as the nylon washers, that price is 16 of them. I shared the Motion Industries Part Number with you, the sleeves are basically 10mm steel sleeves. You just need to get the OD correct. The balljoints can be replaced via ASR.

If anyone needs a set of the bushings, I have a complete set for $65 shipped.

Yea she sounds nice i the phone.

so 7.95 is all 16 is what your saying dan?

I may get the whole bushing setup from you but i was kinda waiting to see how many i ruined taking them apart. and paige hinted at the fact she may not have much left for these arms maybe i can get a discount of the parts i need since they are old stock =)

Yes, that price you listed should be for the complete set of plastic washers. My understanding is that roll arms still uses the same hardware, could be wrong though.

I think he's wanting replacements for regular Roll arms, they do not use bearings or heims. Dallas used a contact I shared with him for his rebuild, Rod End Supply in Olathe, Kansas.

A pair of Upper and Lower Spherical bearings with 2 Upper Arm Ends was ~$85 shipped to my door.

Yes. You can get them without pins pressed in, will be cheaper. You can get both kinds either with removable pins, or permanent. I just wanted some with one less fail point.

Yes, the Roll style arms use the same upper and lower ball joints. I think one could swap them over since they have the same adjustments, cleaner look for a lot less money than what Roll wants.

yeah i just measured the houser ones and rolls the rolls have the 3/4 shaft the houser have the 1/2 shaft. so ill bet u could put the 1/2 inch shafts in as replacements. is the bottom one u have stationary?

the AMS heims that they sell Are They have a ¾ 16TPI shank on them.

ill know more when my father gets back to the house and measures the ball joints in the arms.

okay so we double checked the ball joints are the same thred pitch and size as the AMS ones forsale and the ones rod end supply has.

my a-arms are currently at the machine shop getting pressed out so we see how many of these expensive bastids i need.
