oh man that sux!

Ive done stuff like that in the past, you deffinetly overheated your motor.

let it cool check oil levels, restart and see how bad it really is.

I hope nothing to bad has happend.

Once I lokced my keys in my car while it was running for 3 hours before someone could bring me a key....

Man you must have spaced out or something. There isn't a single room in my house that I can't hear my 400 running outside when I'm in it. Throw enough oil to bring it back to the hole in the dipstick and then start it and let it warm up and shut it down again like you were going to do and check it again. The only way you're going to see if something is wrong with it is ride it and look at the exhaust smoke.

If there was a breeze outside it should be ok. I know here today it was cool. I know last weekend we ran the generator in the heat of the day. Believe me it was hot outside at Brimstone.

Dont worry too much I'm sure she's alright. I ran my 450r without an oil plug for 20 minutes in the dunes in 110 degree weather and it started right
Back up with oil.

I also overheated my raptor 250 twice when I was too big for it.

Sure there's a chance it's messed up but I bet it will be okay, they're tough machines.
