2012 AMA ATV Motocross Nationals #5 Ballance Moto-X - Night Live ATV Race Coverage

Bowling Green, KY - Round 5 of the 2012 AMA Motocross National Championship will be held this weekend at Ballance Moto-X, and the Pro and Pro-Am Production motos will be held under the lights at this special round of racing.

For those unable to attend this special event, ATVriders.com will be providing live updates throughout the Pro Motos as usual, but don't forget that all the times listed below are Central Times, which will makes these times one hour later for those in Eastern Time.

Pro Live Coverage will begin at 8:30PM Eastern Time.

I'm not sure. I am still trying to find out if he actually raced or if there was a transponder issue. Reception there wasn't o good so i couldn't hear very well, but it sounded like he was out on the track:confused:

Gibson went 1-1 for the overall of course

Hamrick got secondoverall and moser took third overall

casey martin 4th
and sean taylor 5th

pro-am moto one, gibson had about a 30 second lead at the checkered flag, for moto two, it was about ten seconds.

for those asking about byrd...just heard that byrd had a mechanical issue in first moto and was off to the side of the track in the first lap.

just heard the guys on the podium and the reason wienen wasn't doing better than what he did is because he said he couldn't see very well. He wasn't used to the lighting and decided to play it safe tonight.
