I'm in the process of having my motor rebuilt and the guy thats doing it called me today and said I'm going to need a new collar for the sprocket shaft. So I just went on service honda to order one and go figure its discontinued. Anyone on here have one laying around or know where I could get one? It is #9 on this microfiche http://www.servicehondapsn.com/fiche_section_detail.asp?section=161898&category=ATVs&make=HONDA&year=1988&fveh=3746

Call Cal-atv, they buy out everything that is left of the stock when the part goes on the "soon to be" discontinued list.

need dimensions of one? I am sure you can have a machine shop make one.

I think I can still get the dimensions from my old collar if someone has to make a new one. The guy that is rebuilding my motor is also a machinist so I will have to see what he says when I tell him its discontinued. Hopefully its something he can make. Do you have the website or phone # for that cal-atv place?

Carlos pretty much stocks anything he can. Im sure they run through hundreds of 250's a year and need whatever parts they can get on hand.
