oil screen

I thought i had read somewhere on here that that there is some kind of screen going to the oil tank that may need cleaned if im not imagining this where is it and how do you clean it?

The oil line coming out of the bottom of the tank. Thread the line off the fitting and then thread the whole fitting out of the tank.

Alright thanks i know mine has never been cleaned so id like to do it tomorrow i wonder if its pretty clogged or dirty after 5 years. What part of illinois you from?
