Whats the difference and is it safe to run in quads?

people say it lubricates the cylinders but i have also heard horror stories about it frying motors...i stick to good ol' c12 lol

I use F&L SP3 and its my favorite performance wise. If i wanted to smell it all day I would run VP u4.4

It says leaded right on the c12 can lol.
