checking on what an xr600 bike is worth

There is a guy that wants to trade me an xr600 for my sweet condition atc79,what are xr600`s selling for these days?

is it the air cooled or water cooled one? what year? shape? restored?

air cooled, condition is fair,running condition but ridden hard and put away dirty knowing them like I do. not sure what year. They had a pretty long production run on those didn`t they
