300ex gas tank hole

I was trying to get my 300ex running last night and noticed there is a hole in the bottom of the gas tank. The bike has been sitting for about 4 years and this is the only thing that is wrong so far. does anyone know how to fix it, or have one i could get for cheap? All the times ive tried to patch a gas tank it has never worked before so maybe there is a better way. Oh its the metal gas tank. Thanks

Used a liquid metal filler on my tank holding up good even with the race gas

you can go to any Autozone or an auto store like it. They make a gas tank repair putty. It works great used it on our gas tank over 2 years ago and still holding!
