mods?

I have a 07 400ex bone stock aside from bars and leavers I want to start doing work to it. What should I do first?

suspension is not always right...... It depens on the type of riding or racing your are going to do.....

Throw a pipe and nerfs on it first if you're just doing casual riding. That's what I would do first at least. You'll be amazed how much better it'll be with a good pipe and rejet.

I picked up a used '07 about a year ago, completely stock. Replaced bald stock tires with some holeshot xcr's, then bought a used set of 450r revavles w/dual rate kit off the forum, then I put on a slip-on and jetted it.

If you're just looking for more power then go for motor mods(exhaust, filter, bore kit, cam, etc...) But if youre looking to be faster, then i say suspension first. Pick up a set of 450 shocks and get them revalved, gt thunder rear link and revalve rear shcok= whole new animal. You'll be able to hold your speed through the rough sections a lot better.
