Hey Guys,
I'm putting my engine back together after a transmission failure and have a quick question about the compression release. I have an '08 and never saw anything in the head as far as a spring or plunger for the compression release when I was taking it apart. The cam has a lobe on it for something, but it has no wear. Do the newer models not have the compression release? I'm also installing a new HC stage 1 cam, which I know doesn't have one. I just want to make sure I didn't miss taking these parts out. Thanks!
