Cannondale hybrid question...

Plan on putting a ktm 450 motor in my Dale.
I want to use the cannondale plastics/tank(I would 250r it but the amount of time I ride isn't worth spending any more money)
Question is with the way the tank drops down
Will I use it with no fuel pump since it's carbed?

You would most likley have to use a low pressure fuel pump with the stock tank.
Kind of a huge and painfull project to cobble in a carbed engine in a dale compared to what it costs to get even a destroyed Dale engine updated to mega power. I have seen very few that that ever turned out to be worthy (2 strokes and old yamaha 426 engines) to even match a stock Dale engine much less a ported one. A ktm 450 would be one of the better choices though.
Is it the newer or older design?
