Shocks On A 400ex

I have a 2007 400 ex and i'm looking to do a shock upgrade i'm about 190 lbs and am looking what's the best options are? Can I put a 450 R shocks on the front and rear? What would i have to do to make this work? Thanks for any help. Also how much better would they be over what i have now if they will work?

the front 450r shocks will be a great upgrade for your 400. i suggest u send them to gt thunder or one of those places and get them re worked for your style and weight. as for the rear id just send it to get it re valved and sprung for the same stuff (weight, style of rider). just my 2 cents hope this helps
