LoneStar hybrid frame and more

Hi I have baby on the way so I have to get rid of many of my honda 250r parts. I also have a Lone star hybrid frame that is fitted for a yzf 450 (dirt bike) motor but can be easily converted back to a 250r. Also have a lonestar -4 swingarm and many other after market parts.
I want $800 for the frame, $325 for the swingarm, and call me for what other parts you need.

what would need to be done to the frame to convert it back? just new mounts? welding?

you just have to weld a set of tabs on the bottom and cut off the ones that hold the oil cooler.
