Motor issue

Hello, I'm having an issue getting my son Apex 90 cranked. I've cleaned the carb check for good gas flo and gas going into the carb. I also checked for good spark. The motor turns over but won't crank. What are some other steps I should check?

check the compression

like selbygirl said .. we had same issue put new rings in it fired right up like it was new..

I checked the compression yesterday and it was at 74. Thanks for the help!

there's your problem it should be around 140 to 160 you have no compression ..

If it is stock it should be above 165psi !
