I have an aftermarket fcr 39 41 mm carb that I really want to get repaired, something is wrong with the accelerator pump and after cleaning a few parts and taking it apart multiple times it still isn't working properly. Anyone know somewhere I could send this to get fixed or gone through?

You could send it to C&D Racing or Sudco. They should have no problem diagnosing it.

These carbs are very finicky to tune. But are very nice when they run good.

Yeah, I rode with it one time and it was way better than the stocker. The accelerator pump will only function about half way though. Sudco charges $89 an hour though plus parts so I'm looking at $300 probably just to have it repaired.

look for a cheap yfz450 carb off ebay or somewheres. I have one on mine and once I got it jetted pretty good and did the "ziptie" trick it has ran perfect for me. Starts awesome and dont even need the choke.

I've got a 39mm fcr for sale for $100 shipped. Needs a needle, all jets, and ap diaphragm. Everything else is there. Let me know.
