15W 50 oil?

I am currently running 10w 30 due to the colder temps during winter and spring. Now that summers coming, I was going to use a thicker oil. Is 15W 50 too thick? Or should I stick to the 10w 40? It gets pretty hot around here (85 - 95 degrees) in michigan sometimes. Just curious if anyones ran 15w 50 before.

Alot of people run thicker oil in the Summer.

15W - 50 is good to run.

I run 20W - 50 in the summer. Well i used to.

Now i just run Rotella 15w - 40 year round, i just change my oil a little more than usual in the summer.

I run 15w-50, it works well. I'm in Iowa so we have similar conditions.
