I want some info on quad I'm trading my 07 400ex for same year 450 man says its still ride able but waterpump weeps and valve needs adjust

I have both and wonder why someone would want to that unless its hammered or he just wants a machine better for slower trail riding.I know I have been burnt before so go over that 450 with a fine tooth comb bud!good luck hope it works out for you

His son has a 300ex and he walks away from him in the trail with the 450. That's what he does is trail ride

Yeah I have seen a lot of older guys wanting to trade the fast 450's for the more rideable reliable 400ex which is air cooled and almost bullet proof!

The only sucky part is it don't have reverse
