Nubee ATV owner. '05 TRX400EX. I just purchased a pair of front spun aluminum wheels.
'Douglas' style. Not cast.
What 'Lug Nuts' can I use?
The fellow I bought them from used a Metric cap nut,
flat washer and lock washer.

The LAST thing I want is for a wheel to fall off!

I use flat washers and turn the stock nuts around on the flat side. never had a wheel fall off.

These are definately the way to go. I use sprocket nuts which are the same style as these except more expensive. Flange nuts or washers spread the force out and keep the aluminum from pinching around the studs. If you've ever had to pound your wheels off with a hammer you know what I'm talking about.
