does it come with clamps?

yea it would come with the fatbar clamps that raise it about 3/4in from stock. like i said the bar pad was repaired a little with some foam but not bad and they have normal scuffs and scratches

what bend are they

i belive tag only has one bend on the T2 fatbars i could be wrong. there pretty tall because of the risers
