Bumper Q

Ok so I'm buying a bumper because I sold my DG I hated. I found this and was wondering if I'd have heating issues because its so big and if that screen got plugged.

I doubt any bumper, no matter how big and bulky, is going to block enough air to make a difference. Also, you have to remember that the bumper isn't going to be riding right up against your plastic, so there is still going to be plenty of air going between the top of the bumper and front cowling getting forced under it and into the oil cooler. And that's just when you are riding at speed, when you're on trails it's not going to matter how big your bumper is.

Just FYI i had that exact same bumper, hit one tree in like 2nd gear and it snapped both right side mounts like they werent even welded on.

Hopefully you will have better luck with yours.

Mine was a little different style but not much.

Ill attach a couple pics so you can have an idea of how it looks.

in ^^^^^ that pic you can see it didnt really bend the bumper it just broke the mounts clean off.
