thats pretty neat. but get that thigh at a high speed and its probley gonna be very dangorous and twitchy. and about the mx maybe would work with diffrent rims and tires lol

Smaller wheels would be better. I think he has it sitting so high is because when he’s turning the wheel needs to have room to travel up and down. I just thought it was an interesting concept. With some mods it might do pretty good. Looks like a smooth ride though.

Notice he didn't hit any jumps. I don't think that thing would respond well when you land or when you take off the jump. If you were leaning one way just a bit when going off the jump it would throw everything off. It does look like a cool idea though. If it could be beefed up that would be some badass suspension for the Baja 500 or 1000.

i'm almost positive a stock 450 would corner way better than that... he can't keep the *** end from sliding out. and jumping is absolutely out of the question..

.. I wish Dean Sundahl suspension would catch on or were still produced. 21 inches of travel on a 100 HP banshee? DANG..It'd be killer on a built 450 too, theres actually a guy with an awesome hybrid 650r using a sundahl frame here. He has a totally different arm and component design to make freaking crazy travel and a smooth ride..I wish I could find a good picture, the design is freaking awesome.

Ok, after watching the vid again I see a problem with it. Check out how the tires lean in the corner. Now think of what a wide flat mx tire would do when it leans in a corner.
I see why he has narrow tires on it, if they were wide and flat they would roll over on the sidewall.
You could use a wide but round profile tire, but a flat mx tire would not work.

i think it would work pretty good actually... all it did was make a quad ride just like a dirtbike... think about how you take a turn on a quad, leaning over and coming off the seat. on bike you lean with bike and gravity... put a bike rider on that thing and i bet it'll fly.. but theres still no real advantage. its pretty neat tho
