300ex wiseco piston kit

i wanna put either a 11:1 piston kit or a 14:1 piston kit. which one would add more power and i can race with? also if i do put one of them do i have to do anything else to my quad??

If your 300ex is stock suspension upgrades would make u faster then that piston will I promise ya.
