If you're on Facebook....look up Six5Design.....they put a KX80 motor in a DS450 & and I saw a CRF motor (not sure if it's a 450 or 250) in the DS too!

The 1st picture is the DS with a Honda 150R engine to be ran in the Super-mini class at National's. It will be ran by Nick Major.
The 2nd pic is the same ds with a CR85..... it was removed for the 150R engine.

I'm not the one who built the bike, but from what I can tell there has not been any issues with vibrations from the smaller 2stroke engines. They have been building minis for years with these engines without any issue. Start talking about a CR500 motor then yes vibration becomes an issue.
