Good deal?

I've had my 440ex on CL for a while and the other day I got offered a f150 with 35 swampers flowmasters and a 4.6 in it for a trade I would have imeadiatly said yes but it has 193k on it, I wanted to know if anyone every owned one of these or heard much about them and if you think it's a good deal.

Without the mods and lesser mileage that trucks worth at least 2500 bucks. Id say bad deal.
