I know, I know I have seen many of these but I still like to have help on this.

440 bigbore kit
yoshimura slipon
k-n filter with outerwears cover
no airbox lid
stock position on the needle
42 pilot
162 main it still has some popping I did have a 140 and since I ran the 162 it's gotten better and it will not idle.

my 440 with a stock carb used a 210 main jet and a 42 pilot jet.

with a 450r carb im running a 50 pilot and 220 main jet.

your deffinetly on the lean side.

youll be at least 180-185 in it at a minimum a 180, as john said you could go as high as a 220. i ran a 182 in mine with similar mods in my sig. i just jumped to a 190 with my header i put on this week.
